DISA India Limited launches HB-I overhead rail shot blast machine in India

DISA India, a leading foundry machinery manufacturer in India offering advanced process technology, today announced the launch of its first HB-I overhead rail shot blast machine in India. The machine is the first of its kind in India and is a result of DISA’s merger last year with Wheelabrator. The machine was unveiled at an exclusive event in the premises of the company’s Hosakote manufacturing plant in Bangalore, Karnataka.

This marks the introduction of the first of a series of Technology Transfers from the Wheelabrator Group to DISA India. The HB-I overhead rail shot blast machine is to be the first of its kind in India. Designed for the light engineering industry – with a major focus for automotive parts – the HB-I machine offers many beneficial features for customers – eg. pitless construction, compact footprint, high wear parts life, low operating cost etc.
