Premier Tech Increases Its Presence in India

Premier Tech accelerates the positioning of its products and services in India through its subsidiary Chronos Richardson Private Ltd. India. The mandate of this joint venture with its Indian partner, The Malani Group, is to commercialize the technologies of Premier Tech Aqua (PTA), a business unit of Premier Tech, and targets municipal and industrial wastewater treatment applications.

Chronos Richardson thus becomes the exclusive technology provider of PTA’s Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) for the Indian market. This advanced technology offers a solution that is recognized for its high performance, reliability, and low infrastructure and operational costs.

The agreement aims to increase Premier Tech’s presence in India by pooling its strategic competencies with those of Chronos Richardson, a company with over 30 years’ experience of the Indian market. This approach enables Premier Tech to better meet expectations and requirements of the markets targeted within its strategic development while, on a local basis, ensuring a product and service offering that meets its customers’ needs through qualified and trained Indian personnel.

Internationally renowned, PTA operates in the field of wastewater treatment for the residential, commercial, community, municipal, and industrial sectors.
