PROJECT SCOPE:

Source: Original hard copies of Health Insurance form will be sent to you for scanning and then uploading the relevant data’s from the form
to the software tools that will be provided to you. After the data has been feeded into the software the database need to be loaded into the
Server of the client which completes the work delivery of the day.

Quality: Scanning of forms of A4 size at 300 dpi full page. Relevant data to be captured, the software tool has adequate features
To detect the errors done by the operators this will be precisely described during the training session. So, no quality hassles’ for the
Operators.

Process type: Hard Copy to Database (Scanning, Data Entry, Uploading)
Process Duration: 1yr.
Costing: Rs. 21/page (For Scanning: Rs.4 per page: For Data Entry: Rs.15 per page: For Database uploading to Server: Rs.2 per page)

Work load: 10,000 pages per month for 10 systems
Billing Cycle: fortnight
Monthly turnover: Rs. 2, 10,000/10 system.
