Dungarvin to Provide Leadership and Professional Development Training to Nationwide Employees
Dungarvin will initially use Learn.com to standardize and consolidate organizational development and training for frontline supervisors. Customized training courses and an off-the-shelf online library of general management courses will be available on-demand from any computer. Prior to implementing the Learn.com platform, training was offered through on-site classroom based events and webinars. With Learn.com’s LMS, Dungarvin will now be able to meet a companywide strategic goal to provide consistent, trackable training for supervisors anytime and anywhere.
