Turbo Fire uses High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) nicknamed Fire Drills to drive you to your max for up to 1-minute long bursts. These quick but intense exercises jump-start your metabolism, giving your body the ability to burn extra calories for up to 48 hours after the workout.

DVD 1: The Get Fired Up DVD – Chalene takes you step-by-step through the program to set you up for success.
