One film old Sonal Sehgal too is not one to be left behind and she has found her calling in kick boxing & has taken to the art with a vengeance.
She has been training since the past one year under Asian Games Mua Thai boxing silver medalist, Balkrishna Shetty. Normally people learn kick boxing for self-defense but Sonal Sehgal has taken to kick boxing as part of her daily fitness regime & trains every day for an hour. “It s a sport that not only works every muscle in your body, but also toughens your mind”, says Sonal, “after a one hour workout, I m bursting with energy and feel ready to take on the world!”
Sonal has now become so passionate about her training that “she schedules her day around the kick boxing program so that she doesn’t miss out on her work out sessions” adds our source.
“Kick boxing not only helps me keep fit but is also a great stress buster. If I am upset with someone or something I just come home and take it all out on the punching bag. My trainer has drawn a ‘bad guy’ on the punching bag”, she laughs,” at the same time it act as a great workout for the entire body” ends Sonal Sehgal with a wink.
